A simple jaw prosthesis (classic acrylic denture) is the most widely used and time-tested prosthetic solution for a fully edentulous jaw. Used in medical practice for decades, its modern versions offer high quality. The material is high-quality dental acrylic (PMMA); artificial teeth are ceramic-acrylic. Key advantages: affordable price — significantly cheaper than implantation or complex prosthetics; fast fabrication — a completely new smile in 2–3 weeks; minimal intervention — no surgery required; suitable for a wide range of ages and medical groups — elderly patients, patients with complex health conditions or contraindications for surgery. The upper denture is retained by a vacuum effect (the palate is fully covered); the lower denture by anatomical supports. At BadamDent dentures are made step by step: anatomical and functional impressions, tooth and occlusion selection, try-in, final fit. Modern acrylic and artificial teeth are far superior to older-generation materials — smoother, more aesthetic and less prone to staining. Patients spend a certain time getting used to the denture during the first days; this is normal and full adaptation takes 1–3 weeks. Recommendations: regular cleaning and use of dedicated denture tablets/solutions (Corega, Polident); overnight storage in water or cleaning solution; dental check-up every 6 months. The gum atrophies over time, so after 5–7 years a reline or replacement may be needed. The most reliable choice when implantation is not possible.
